Before starting a return, please feel free to read this guide. In many cases, you may not need to start a return at all, as we can often resolve things easily. Please feel free to contact us.

If an item has been damaged in transit, you do not need to start a return. In this case, we will send you the damaged pieces again and will contact the relevant delivery service to arrange compensation for the costs.

If you would like to make a complaint about an item, for example if the elastic band on a bracelet has broken, please contact us in advance. As a rule, a photo as proof is sufficient and the defective product does not need to be sent back.

If you do not like a gemstone product, you are welcome to return it for a refund. We will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method that was used. In this case, the buyer bears the postage costs. This is stated in our terms and conditions, which are accepted at checkout. In this case, we do not offer free return labels. On the one hand, we want to avoid potentially unnecessary returns, and on the other hand, we ship all our orders free of shipping costs regardless of order value, and therefore consider it fair for the costs to be shared in this way.

As our gemstones are natural products, no two stones look exactly alike. In our product images, we try to present you with the most accurate and authentic average possible. However, we also know that under certain circumstances the stone you receive may not be quite right. In this case, we are happy to exchange the gemstone. Please use our WhatsApp image service here (also before purchase if you like). We can send you current images of a selection of stones that are currently in stock, and you can choose your very own stone.

We have voluntarily extended the right of withdrawal to 1 month. Within this period, you can return your order for a refund without giving any reason.
