Secure Payment
Our shop is encrypted via an SSL connection – indicated by the padlock symbol on the left side of your browser's address bar. All payment data is processed directly by the respective providers; we never see your card or account details. You can choose from PayPal, credit card, Klarna (purchase on account and instalment payment), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SOFORT, and advance payment via bank transfer.
Verified Authenticity of Our Gemstones
We have been working closely with our suppliers for over a decade – many since our founding. Each gemstone is personally checked by us before shipping. We can confidently confirm its authenticity. If anything is not right, we will send you a replacement without question.
Data Protection
We only collect the data necessary for your order and shipping. Your data will not be shared with third parties – except for the shipping service providers and payment processors we need for processing. You can find details in our privacy policy.
Shipping & Tracking
We offer free shipping nationwide with DHL. As soon as your package leaves our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. In case of breakage or loss, we will take care of it directly – you won’t have to negotiate with DHL.
Return Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal – no reason needed. If a gemstone doesn’t suit you, we will of course take it back. In case of damage during shipping, we will send a replacement or refund you. Customer satisfaction is our priority over formalities.

Guaranteed radiation-free gemstones!
Some gemstones, both in nature and on the global market, may contain elevated levels of radioactivity. This can occur, on the one hand, due to natural radioactivity, which may already be present in certain gemstones in the form of radioactive inclusions.
On the other hand, unfortunately, gemstones are sometimes treated with radioactive radiation to enhance the color. In Germany, these must be labeled with the words "treated" or "irradiated" and are, of course, off-limits for our purposes.
However, since there is unfortunately never 100% certainty for a correct declaration in global trade, we have decided to play it safe for you and check all our incoming and outgoing goods for increased radioactivity.
In practice, this means we run a Geiger counter both when unpacking new shipments and when shipping your orders. This allows us to check for any abnormalities and, if necessary, remove the gemstones from circulation.
Fortunately, our Geiger counter hasn't detected any radioactive gemstones yet. :-)
